Bahar Energy Operating Company (BEOC) has entered a new stage of development, combining operational modernization with corporate transformation and digital innovation.
The company is continuing the large-scale redevelopment of the Bahar and Gum-Deniz fields. One of the first major achievements of the project has been a 50% increase in gas production at the Bahar field. International energy technology company SLB has been engaged to support technical assessments, geological analysis, and future development planning.
As part of its new growth strategy, BEOC has introduced a renewed management structure, appointed a new leadership team, and established updated corporate values, vision, and mission. The company’s motto, “More Than Energy,” reflects its commitment to creating long-term value through human capital development, technological advancement, and sustainable growth.
BEOC also continues to invest in young talent and knowledge sharing. In cooperation with leading Azerbaijani universities, the company has launched the “Enerjisen” internship program, offering participants hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.
