On May 13, 2026, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) participated in the “Career Fair” jointly organized by UNEC and the State Employment Agency operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the event, representatives of the Baku Stock Exchange provided students with detailed information about the Exchange’s activities, its role in the financial markets, the importance of capital market development, and the overall investment environment. In addition, participants were informed about career opportunities at the Baku Stock Exchange, the recruitment process, and internship programs designed for students and recent graduates.
As part of the event, interactive discussions were held with students, their questions were answered, and practical insights into the real working environment were shared. This enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of the financial sector and better navigate their future career choices.
As a result of the meeting, nearly 100 students applied to participate in the internship program of the Baku Stock Exchange, which reflects the growing interest of young people in the capital markets sector.
It should be noted that career fairs provide students with valuable opportunities to communicate directly with employers, become familiar with real workplace environments, and make more informed decisions regarding their future professions.
As the Baku Stock Exchange, supporting the development of young talents, enhancing their knowledge and skills in financial markets, and contributing to the formation of future professional кадров remains among our key priorities.
