Minister Rashad Nabiyev’s Scheduled Citizen Reception in Khizi Rescheduled

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will meet with residents of Khizi, Absheron, Zangilan, and Gubadli districts, as well as the city of Sumgayit, on May 22, 2026, at 09:00 at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Khizi city.

During the reception, the Minister will listen to citizens’ concerns regarding transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, as well as postal services provided in these regions.

Registration for the reception is open until May 21, 2026, via the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at mincom@mincom.gov.az, or by phone at 010 250 48 48 and 012 598 58 58 (extensions 222 and 290).

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the May schedule for citizen receptions by heads of central executive authorities and other administrative bodies in cities and districts.
