On April 28, 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).
The MoU was signed by the CEO of the Baku Stock Exchange, Ruslan Khalilov, and the Chief Executive Officer of NCCPL, Naveed Qazi.
The primary objective of the memorandum is to expand cooperation in the field of Central Counterparty (CCP) operations and related market infrastructures, promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and strengthen technical capacity.
Within the framework of this cooperation, the parties will also explore opportunities for implementing joint initiatives aimed at the development of capital market infrastructure.
