On 24 April, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev held a reception for residents of the Kalbajar district at the DOST Center in the city of Kalbajar.
During the citizen reception, appeals regarding transport, telecommunications, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services were reviewed.
Instructions were given to the heads of the Ministry’s relevant departments to ensure that the appeals are addressed promptly and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
Some issues raised in citizens’ appeals were addressed immediately, while those outside the scope of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport were registered and will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
It should be noted that the reception was held in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by heads of central executive authorities and other governing bodies in cities and districts in April 2026.
