Azerbaijan will host another major sporting event this summer.
From August 27 to 29, two international beach wrestling tournaments will take place in Baku. On August 27, the U17 World Championship will be held in the capital. Over the next two days, the fourth stage of the World Series for seniors will be organized. Both competitions will be held in Azerbaijan for the first time.
It should be recalled that Baku will also host the U17 World Championship in freestyle, women’s, and Greco-Roman wrestling from July 27 to August 2. Thus, during the summer season, the capital will become one of the centers of world wrestling.
