Identifying opportunities for investments with Moldova, as well as the issues related to the development of cooperation in perspective fields have been discussed.

First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev has held a meeting with Mihai Popșoi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

The parties highlighted that the cooperation in the economic and trade, as well as energy sectors is deepening. It was noted that mutual visits at various levels significantly contribute to expanding the relations and enhancing the partnership between our countries.

It was underlined that there are prospects for investments in agriculture, energy, ICT and other areas. Information was provided on the investment climate and business opportunities, as well as the economic reforms implemented.

During the meeting, identifying opportunities for investments and the issues related to the development of cooperation in perspective fields were also explored. The parties highlighted the importance of continuing the joint efforts aimed at further deepening the economic partnership.
