The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), in collaboration with EPAM Azerbaijan, announces the launch of applications for the “Career Excellence” program, implemented under the “Hire and Train” concept. The program aims to attract early-career IT talents in Azerbaijan and enable them to acquire high-demand skills required in the labor market.
The “Career Excellence” program will be implemented under the “Hire and Train” concept, a modern approach that combines recruitment with training. Within this framework, selected participants are hired and not only gain theoretical knowledge but also acquire hands-on experience as part of their daily work in a real professional environment. The program offers career development opportunities in business analytics, software engineering, mobile development, and other IT fields, leveraging advanced artificial intelligence solutions.
During the program, participants will work on projects as members of the EPAM team and develop their professional skills with the support of experienced industry experts. This approach, which combines learning with real-world work experience, will enable participants to integrate more rapidly into global IT careers.
The “Career Excellence” program will run for five months. The main eligibility requirements include over one year of work experience in the IT field, a minimum B1 level of English proficiency, and availability to work full-time either remotely or from the office in Baku.
The application deadline for the program is 31 March 2026.
It should be noted that the IDDA has been collaborating with EPAM Azerbaijan since 2025. As part of this collaboration, projects are being carried out to develop the MyGov Business platform and create artificial intelligence solutions.
