Minister Rashad Nabiyev to Meet Citizens in Gobustan

Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, will hold a reception for residents of Shamakhi and Gobustan districts on 17 March 2026 at 09:30 at the Heydar Aliyev Center in the city of Gobustan.

During the reception, the Minister will meet with residents to discuss their concerns related to transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television, radio broadcasting, and postal services.

Residents may register for the reception until 16 March 2026 through the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az , or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (ext. 222 and 290).

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by heads of central executive authorities and other governing bodies in cities and districts in March 2026.
