The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the “Ana Harayı” (“Mother’s Cry”) monument on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, one of the most horrific crimes against humanity in history.

Bunch of flowers were laid in front of the monument erected in memory of the victims of the genocide, and their memory was honored with deep respect.
