The next Steering Committee meeting was held under the Rehabilitation, Exploration, Development and Production Sharing Agreement (RKEDPSA) covering the Kursangi and Karabagli oil fields.

The meeting, held in the contract area of Salyan Oil Limited, was attended by SOCAR Vice President Babek Huseynov, Chief Executive Officer of GL Investment LLC Asif Zeynalov, and the management of SOCAR Upstream Management International.

At the outset, the participants laid flowers at the bust of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev.

During the meeting, presentations were delivered on the 2025 Annual Activity Program and the budget execution report, and the proposed Activity Program and budget document for 2026 were discussed.

The participants also visited Area 6 of the Karabaghli field operated by Salyan Oil Limited, as well as the newly commissioned Well No. 810 and the ongoing drilling operations at Well No. 811 at the Kursangi field.

During the visit, production processes were assessed on site and discussions were held on ongoing activities.
