On December 18, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev held a reception in Nakhchivan for residents of the Babek, Julfa, Kangarli, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz, and Sharur districts, as well as the city of Nakhchivan.
Prior to the meeting, the Minister visited the monument to Azerbaijan’s National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and laid flowers at it.
During the citizen reception, appeals regarding transport, telecommunications, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services were reviewed.
Instructions were given to the heads of the relevant departments of the Ministry to ensure that the appeals are addressed promptly and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
Some issues raised in citizens’ appeals were addressed immediately, while those outside the scope of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport were registered and will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
It should be noted that the reception was held in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by heads of central executive authorities and other administrative bodies in cities and districts in December 2025.
