On December 18, 2025, at 09:00, Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, will receive residents of Babek, Julfa, Kangarli, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz, and Sharur districts, as well as Nakhchivan City, at the administrative building of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (1 Ataturk St., Nakhchivan City).

The Minister will meet with citizens from these regions to discuss their concerns about transport and telecommunications, including internet, television, radio broadcasting, and postal services.

Citizens may register for the reception until December 17, 2025, through the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az, or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (ext. 222 and 290).

It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by heads of central executive authorities and other management bodies in cities and districts in December 2025.
