During his visit to the United States, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Deema Alathel, Executive Director for Global Strategic Initiatives at IBM.
The meeting focused on Azerbaijan’s digital transformation, the creation of a sovereign cloud, and the development of data and quantum platforms. Opportunities for cooperation in the digitalization of state-owned enterprises and logistics projects were also discussed.
The parties also exchanged views on long-term strategic partnerships and investment models through innovation centers and personnel training programs.
