At the meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, the parties discussed the work carried out within the framework of establishing a Joint Industrial Zone.

Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with the delegation led by Oleg Korobchenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the strengthening of economic and trade cooperation with Tatarstan, the enhancement of partnership relations between business communities, and the wide opportunities available for organizing joint production. They discussed prospects for developing cooperation in trade, industry, energy, logistics, education, healthcare, and other areas, as well as preparations for the next meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Tatarstan.

The parties also reviewed the work carried out on the establishment of a Joint Industrial Zone, the results achieved under the vehicle manufacturing project, and other initiatives being implemented.
