One of the most awaited international drift championships “Red Bull Car Park Drift” will finally be held in Baku for the first time. The National Finals of the event will take place this Sunday at Baku Boulevard.

The winner will be traveling to Saudi Arabia in November, to represent Azerbaijan at the World Finals "Red Bull Car Park Drift". This year 25 countries will be competing for the title of the World Champion of “Red Bull Car Park Drift 2022”

The racing track is full of obstacles. Only 16 participants out of 63 will pass the qualifier stage and be able to participate in the National Finals. Skillful overcoming of obstacles and the best performances will be evaluated by the international jury on spot.

Previously, in August, the registered participants in the adrenaline-filled race "Red Bull Car Park Drift" had attended master classes, held by Abdo Feghali, the world-famous Red Bull drifter, that has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest drift in Abu Dhabi in 2012. He is also the winner of the first-ever "Red Bull Car Park Drift" competition, which was held in 2008 in Lebanon.

"Red Bull Car Park Drift" is supported by the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, Baku City Circuit, and AmsOil engine oils.

The Fan Zone will contain entertainment for the spectators and the entrance is free.
