VTB (Azerbaijan) extends TENDER For the Renewal of Licenses for 1000 RPS (Requests per Second) and Vulnerability Scanner Licenses (MaxPatrol VM) from Positive Technologies
The application must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with a list of enclosed documents attached to the outside of the envelope, certified with the seal of the counterparty (or signature if the counterparty is an individual entrepreneur). The sealed and stamped double envelope must be delivered no later than 16:00 on August 22, 2025, to the Bank’s Head Office at the following address:
