The Journal of Geometry and Physics is a Q1-ranked journal indexed in both the Web of Science and Scopus databases.

Professor Salimov's article focuses on Ricci solitons—geometric structures that generalize Einstein manifolds. Ricci solitons gained particular prominence after mathematician Grigori Perelman used them in the early 2000s to resolve the Poincaré conjecture, one of the most famous problems in mathematics.

This publication reflects BSU’s ongoing contributions to advanced research in the field of differential geometry.
