In 2024, under the order of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA), anti-doping samples were collected from 22 Azerbaijani athletes abroad. Eleven athletes were tested in Russia, five in Germany, two in France, and one athlete each in Belgium, Italy, Malaysia, and Serbia.

The testing was carried out within the framework of AMADA's existing cooperation with the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) and Professional Worldwide Controls (PWC).

Last year, AMADA conducted 98 international doping tests based on various orders. Of these, 85 tests were commissioned by United World Wrestling, 10 by the International Judo Federation, 2 by the International Boxing Association, and 1 by the International Modern Pentathlon Union.
