The Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has sent a letter of condolence to the Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić. The letter reads,
‘The news of the loss of life and injuries caused by the armed attack in the city of Cetinje, Montenegro, has deeply saddened us. In connection with this tragedy, I extend my sincere condolences to you and the families and loved ones of the victims as well as to your entire nation, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, while also wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.’
