Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Sir Chris Bryant, the UK’s Trade Minister. During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to further strengthen the existing strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom, as well as opportunities for cooperation in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
UK investors were invited to participate in the establishment of artificial intelligence data centers in Azerbaijan. The discussion also covered opportunities for UK investment, engineering, and financial support in major infrastructure projects, including metro, railway, maritime, and air transport, as well as in the telecommunications sector.
