The musical "Chicago" directed by Aziz Azizov, premiered as a part of the Baku Jazz Festival 2025. The cast at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre included: Diana Hajiyeva (Roxie Hart), Dilara Kazimova (Velma Kelly), Orkhan Agayev (Billy Flynn), Ulviya Ragimova (Mama Morton) and others.

The production of the famous musical on the Baku stage was specially prepared for the anniversary Baku Jazz Festival 2025. Tickets for the performance were completely sold out in advance. The brilliantly eclectic show with spectacular costumes, interesting sets, group dances, and elements of cabaret in the style of 1920s gangster retro with hints of Baku flair left the audience captivated. The unique stage design, the black-and-white and blood-red gloomy tones combined with episodes of burlesque, a corps de ballet of dancers, colorful fans, and jazz music created an interesting atmosphere for an unforgettable evening.
