Baku City Circuit Operations Company has officially launched the selection process for the volunteer program within the framework of the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2025. The volunteer registration received an overwhelming response from day one, with nearly 31,000 applications submitted in just two days.
Currently, the evaluation of applications is ongoing. Around 14,000 candidates who successfully passed the first phase have been invited for individual interviews. Following the completion of all selection stages, approximately 2,000 volunteers are expected to take part during race week.
Preference is given to highly motivated applicants with strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
During race week, volunteers will be involved in a variety of areas — including media and communications, fan welcoming and guidance, information support, and other organizational roles.
The volunteer program offers participants the opportunity to gain experience at an international event, make new connections, work in a professional environment, and develop their personal skills.
Staying true to tradition, this year’s volunteers will once again play a key role in ensuring the successful organization and delivery of the Formula 1 race.
