On February 13, 2026, at 09:00, Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, will hold a citizens’ reception for residents of Hajigabul, Salyan, and Neftchala districts, as well as Shirvan city, at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Salyan.
The Minister will meet with residents from these regions to discuss their concerns regarding transport and telecommunications, including internet, television, radio broadcasting, and postal services.
Residents may register for the reception until February 12, 2026, through the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at mincom@mincom.gov.az , or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (ext. 222 and 290).
It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the schedule for receiving residents by heads of central executive authorities and other management bodies in cities and districts in February 2026.
Citizens will be received according to a pre-established list of registered applicants.
