11850 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry in 2025.
1798 of the appeals were informational (withdrawal of the appeal and gratitude), and 10052 were executive. 9594 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 458 appeals are being processed.
The appeals were mainly related to electricity, natural gas supply, renewable energy, personnel issues, permits and other topics.
In this period, 575 citizens were recevied by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
