Launched by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), the “IDDA Awards” ceremony—one of the most prominent events in Azerbaijan’s innovation ecosystem—was held on December 17, 2025. The event brought together nearly 200 stakeholders, including startups, representatives of leading companies, and various government institutions.

This year, a total of 162 applications were submitted to the competition across eight different categories. Of these, 119 applications advanced to the public voting stage, and ultimately, five finalists in each category were evaluated by the jury.

It should be noted that the “IDDA Awards” serves as a key platform in Azerbaijan for promoting innovation, showcasing cutting-edge technological solutions developed by startups, and encouraging the implementation of innovative projects in both the public and private sectors. The competition provides participating projects, especially the winners, with valuable opportunities to gain recognition within the ecosystem, expand their networks, and forge new partnerships.
