The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kazakhstan’s Astana Hub International Technopark. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems, expand regional innovation networks, and deepen the mutual exchange of knowledge.
Under the MoU, IDDA and Astana Hub will collaborate closely to support the growth of each country’s startup ecosystem and provide mutual assistance. The initiative seeks to improve startups’ access to markets and venture capital opportunities, while fostering strategic partnerships and the exchange of knowledge and expertise with Astana Hub in key areas.
The agreement also envisions the development and implementation of joint incubation and acceleration programs for startups from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Providing startups, innovators, and ecosystem members with access to mentorship, training, and resources is another central goal of the collaboration.
