The exhibition "Colors of Victory," dedicated to the anniversary of the Victory in the 44-day Patriotic war, opened at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art on November 6. The exhibition featured works by Arif Huseynov, Sirus Mirzazadeh, Adil Shikhaliyev, Elshan Hajizade, Intigam Agayev, Vafa Panakhova, Nigar Veliyeva, Mirza Guliyev, Hafiz Kerimov, Ulker Aliyeva, and other artists. Among the works presented at the exhibition were paintings, graphic works, and works of decorative and applied art.
The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art.
The director of the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, Shirin Melikova, and People's Artist of Azerbaijan Salkhab Mammadov delivered welcoming speeches at the opening of the exhibition. They spoke in detail about the presented exposition and congratulated those present on the anniversary of Azerbaijan's Victory. The event gathered a large audience, including well-known persons of art and veterans of the Patriotic war.
The exhibition will run until November 9.
