8519 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the nine months of 2025.
Of the appeals, 1339 were informative, and 7180 were executive. 6835 of them were executed accordingly, and 1684 appeals are in execution.
The appeals mainly covered the issues of connection to the electricity grid and providing terms of references, the quality of the electricity supply, interruptions in the electricity supply, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, violation of the protection zone of the power transmission line and cabling, debts and fines, defects in meters, renewable energy, request for the citizen reception, employment, permits and other topics.
In this period, 431 citizen receptions were recevied by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
