On October 27th, at the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after M. Magomayev took place a concert of young talents within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan "Yeni adlar" ("New Names") dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra named after U. Hajibeyli performed in the concert program under the baton of the laureate of international competitions, maestro Mustafa Mehmandarov.Soloists— laureates of national and international competitions, a student of the Mozarteum University in Salzburg (Austria) Nargiz Aliyeva and a graduate of the 11-year music school No. 15 named after R. Hajiyev Abdulali Huseynli. The audience was able to enjoy the piano concerto a-moll Op.54 by R. Schumann and the "Totentanz" Op.40 by F. Liszt.

Since 2022 the project "New Names" is aimed at introducing young talented musicians to the general public.

The concert was attended by the Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religion of the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan F. S. Aliyeva,  People's Artist of Azerbaijan, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Public Relations and Social Affairs of the Baku Academy of music, Professor Y. A.  Akhundova,prominent figures of culture and education.
