In line with the implementation of the “Action Plan for the Acceleration of Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2028” approved by President Ilham Aliyev, targeted measures are being carried out by the Ministry of Justice.
In this regard, as part of the provision of digital public services through a unified “single window” approach, several services of the Ministry of Justice have already been integrated into the “MyGov” platform.
As a result of the new integration, citizens can now access several services provided by the Ministry of Justice directly through the “MyGov” platform without the need to switch between different platforms. This approach aims to integrate public services into a unified platform, simplify the user experience, and facilitate easier access to services.
Information on the services of the Ministry of Justice integrated into the “MyGov” platform is as follows:
Through the “Translation Service”, citizens can apply digitally for the translation of both documents that can be notarized and those that cannot be notarized. Users enter information about the document and the translation language, upload the document to the platform, and complete the payment steps. The application is then forwarded to the relevant authority for processing. The status and history of the application can be tracked via “MyGov”.
To use the “Consent Application for a Minor to Leave the Country” service, citizens enter information about the minor, the accompanying person, and travel details. After completing the video identification and payment steps, the application is forwarded to the relevant authority for processing. Users are notified of the outcome.
Through the “Information on Enforcement Proceedings Concerning Individuals” service, users can access information on enforcement proceedings related to themselves, as well as relevant case documents via the platform. The system also enables users to download documents in PDF format and access information promptly.
It should be noted that, in addition to the newly introduced services, five life-event-based services of the Ministry of Justice and four services related to notarial activities have already been integrated into the “MyGov” platform.
Citizens can access these services both through the my.gov.az portal and the “MyGov” mobile application.
